- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed with my visit today:-( previously I would have rated this shop at least 4 stars but today sadly that has changed. I have always shopped for my kids shoes here, as the shoes fit their feet better than other brands from other retailers. But today I was declined a refund for handing back a pair of faulty shoes that my 1 yr old son could not wear due to a small foreign object embedded in the tongue causing him discomfort. I was still within the 14 days and even when I asked about my consumer rights, the law, I was told I could only get a credit note or exchange ( but we had tried all options)! I feel cheated. If i had simply just changed my mind i would have no issue with this pplicy but it was out of my control and they hadnt another alternative in the shop that fitted him or i liked. Will now be looking into other alternative places to buy shoes. Beware people! Have had to rate it 1 star to get my review on but I rate it a big, fat 0 stars.By Admin, March 07, 2017
