- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was shopping tonight around 5.15pm. Id had an awful day at work, couldnt wait to get home so I quickly grabbed some shopping and headed to the checkouts. My checkout operator was called Kristopher. He was exceptionally polite, charming and extremely helpful, offering me a help to pack my shopping. As a member of the public we can be quick to complain about retail staff however I cant praise this young man enough for his lovely, caring customer service. Some people will say "Hes only doing his job?" However he really gave fantastic customer service, and clearly cares about the customers he serves. As I was leaving the store I did approach a manager to inform him how happy I was with the service Id received. I will in future go to Kristophers checkout if he is working, really appreciated his customer care and service ¿¿By Admin, February 07, 2017
